We host and operate this website on behalf of our business partner, the dealership whose contact information is listed in the “About Us” section of this website. We will not discriminate against you for submitting a request and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
How can you correct or update your information?
If your personal information changes, you may correct, update, or amend it by contacting us via one of the methods listed below under “Contact Us.” We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Children’s Privacy:
This website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the site, we will delete the information from our records.
